FlexSpec Smartwatch Privacy Policy

The FlexSpec Smartwatch app collects location information, which is transmitted over an encrypted Wi-Fi connection to the FlexSpec hardware, for the sole purpose of tagging data with location information. The location information is not automatically shared with any third parties. If you choose to live-stream data to reachback organizations or choose to email data files from the system, then the selected location information will be shared with that data.
