November 14, 2022 (Chalk River, Ontario) – Bubble Technology Industries (BTI) is pleased to announce that it is part of the team that has received a $43M contract from the Government of Canada to design and build Canada’s first lunar rover, which will carry multiple science payloads to the Moon as early as 2026.


After 35 years of leading the company as President and CEO, Dr. Harry Ing announced his intention to step down from his executive position and begin transitioning towards a retirement plan that will see him serve the company in a research based capacity and as Chair of the Board of Governors.

After founding BTI in 1988 and successfully leading the company for 35 years as President and CEO, Dr. Harry Ing announced his intention to step down from his executive role and transition to a part-time role as Special Advisor, where he will focus on research and scientific mentorship.
