CNSC License and Application Support
Overview

In Canada, the possession and use of nuclear substances and radiation devices are regulated by the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission (CNSC) in accordance with the Nuclear Safety and Control Act (NSCA), its associated Regulations and CNSC licences. Under certain circumstances the possession, use, transfer, import, export, servicing, abandonment and storage of nuclear substances and radiation devices must be licensed by the CNSC. In order to aid end users, BTI offers a wide range of expertise and knowledge in the application process and renewal of CNSC licences for nuclear substances and radiation devices, nuclear facilities as well as device certification.
